Thomas Ashe u14s played their first competitive match of the Season against Round Towers Lusk on Saturday. The match ended in a draw with a scoreline of 2-9 each. It was a competitive game of football with some fantastic skills on display. Our lads showed great determination and resilience after conceding a late goal to bounce back and ensure they got a draw from the match. It was a great team performance by the lads in their first competitive game of the year, with each player making a valuable contribution. There was fantastic support from the parents of St Margaret’s and St Finians parishes cheering on the lads to the final whistle. Well done all players and supporters and we are already looking forward to the next match.
