Minor div 2 Thomas ashe 3-12 Whitehall 3-12 Great performance today by our Thomas ashe team consisting of 12 first year minors 4 u16s and our only 2nd yr minor damo, a slow start and trailing most of the game by 4 or 5 points our lads rallied in the 2nd half to cut the deficit to 2points by the final quarter, with an effort worthy of winners our lads were 3points up with 1 min to go. A last ditch penalty with the last kick of the game gave Whitehall a draw. Alot of disappointment at the end but alot of positives and a really gutsy performance, our lads can hold there heads high. These lads constantly give every ounce of blood swet and tears week in week out and its amazing to watch and witness there determination and will to succeed, they’re a credit to the proud badges of these great clubs.
