Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Executive Committee of St Margaret’s GAA Club hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of  the Club will be held on
 Thursday 8th November 2018, commencing 8.00 p.m. in the complex
Notice of motions for the AGM and nominations of registered full members to serve in the following roles may be made by any two registered full members:
– Chairman – Vice Chairman – Secretary – Registrar – Treasure – Assistant Treasurer – Ladies Committee Chairman, – Ladies Committee Secretary, – Adult Coaching and Games Officer – Club Development Officer – Children’s Officer – Grounds Officer – County Board Delegate – PRO – Irish Language Officer – Adult team managers – plus no more than eight ordinary members.
Nominations must be submitted in writing to and received by the Secretary no later thanThursday 25th October 2018. These should be sent to the Secretary at the following email address:
Members are urged to volunteer for positions on the Executive Committee.

Nominations and motions received by the Secretary by Thursday 25th October will be available to registered full members on request from Thursday 1st November. Copies of the minutes of the previous AGM, the Secretary’s report, audited accounts and sub-committee reports shall be made available to registered full members on request from Thursday 1st November
A large attendance at this important meeting is a necessity and we are asking members to make a special effort to attend.
