Joe McBrearty is a renowned GAA coach from Killybegs who has developed footballers from every corner of the country working with numerous clubs, counties, schools and colleges – including our club – St Margarets – as our Games Promotion Officer (GPO) for years and did so much for our club!
Unfortunately Joe was forced to step away from coaching and his employment as he is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment. We hope everyone in the GAA community can come together and support Joe and his family during this difficult time.
Joe’s current squad of players in St Peregrines GAA will partake in a static Cycle, Run and Row from their Clubhouse in Blanchardstown to Joe’s hometown of Killybegs and back (420km).
Everybody is invited to join the effort in St Peregrines GAA club in Dublin 15 on the 11th March 2023 to Cycle, Run and Row for Joe.
Bikes, treadmills and row machines will be provided on the day for guests to come along and get moving for Joe.
