The minor girls played in a thrilling opening to the championship away to Ballyboden last night. Unfortunately, they just fell short on the night losing by a single point, 1:10 – 3:3. A big night for Emma and Lena who made their club debuts. And a special mention to the younger girls Beth and Chloe who played a huge part in the game: Beth scoring 2 goals and Chloe playing a blinder in goals. With players missing we just had 12 players and all 12 worked their socks off on a full-size pitch. Looking forward to the next match at home on Monday night.
