Great win for u16s today beating st Pat’s by a hefty scoreline, our lads dominated right from the start and never let up, with our defence playing like players who were possessed to try keep a clean sheet throwing themselves in front of balls and putting there heads where men wouldn’t put their boot. A midfield pairing that worked tirelessly up and down the pitch helping to defend like warriors, chipping in with beautiful scores and wanting to be involved in every play. A forward line of beauty The sharpness and the confidence to take on defenders, their movement and accuracy is unreal. Some of their scores and play today were inter county standard.
This team has worked so hard over the last 3years they give 100% effort in every training session competing against each other trying to better the boy next to him and driving each other on always wanting to improve.
