Remembering our Past … United Irish League – St Margarets Branch – 08-03-1902

The usual monthly meeting was held on Monday 3rd. Mr Michael Dunne, D C in the chair. A resolution was adopted drawing the attention of the standing committee to the unorganised condition of County Dublin, and requesting them it forward more rapidly in view of -the approaching local Government Elections.
A committee consisting of Messrs Dunne, DC; John Tyrrell, Michael M’Donnell, W. Reilly, J Reilly, J Connor, P Connor, P M’Kenna, J Butterly, Wm ‘Fagan, F Gill, and T M Kettle was appointed to make a collection for the Language fund, and a good sum was at once  handed in.
The other business was of a routing and local character.
There is no more story.
