Well done to Finbar Shanahan as he completed the LGFA referees 5K fun run in aid of St. Francis Hospice this morning – great cause! – enjoy your birthday!

Run done, so am I 🥵 I thought the cattle were taking the piss though 😟 now for the birthday barbecue 🍔🍻.

Its a privilege to be able to do some so small for such a great cause.
